On October 23, 2025, we will once again join together for an evening of good food, great music, and community at the Sheet Metal Workers’ Union Hall. We are looking to raise $20,000 to help us continue to fund scholarships in the coming year for graduates of Proviso East, Proviso West, and Proviso Math and Science Academy who are heading into the trades or two or 4-year degree programs. We are excited and look forward to seeing all of our Guests, Great Chefs, and Beverage Artisans once again.

Our individual and business sponsors help us reach our goals each year and allow us to fund scholarships. With their support, we awarded $22,000 in 2025, including both renewal scholarships and new awards to graduates of Proviso Township District 209 high schools.
